We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Category Strategy Partner to join our team at Novo Nordisk. As a key member of our Global Strategic Outsourcing & Devices Organisation, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our long-term success by co-creating category strategies.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Developing Comprehensive Category Strategies: Empower category managers to develop comprehensive plans that safeguard our supply security and ensure our competitive edge endures for years to come.
- Driving Strategic Decision-Making: Craft compelling narratives that effectively communicate the strategic vision and action plans to senior management, securing their buy-in and fostering commitment.
- Monitoring and Evaluating Performance: Proactively monitor and evaluate the performance of strategic action plans, identifying areas for improvement and course-correcting as needed.
- Establishing the Category Strategy CoE: Play a key role in establishing the Category Strategy CoE, developing and implementing a modus operandi that will guide the CoE's operations and ensure its success.
To thrive in this role, you will need:
- Strong Commercial Background: Demonstrate practical experience from a consultancy, entrepreneurship, and/or policy development role within a complex organisation.
- Exceptional Analytical Skills: Showcase exceptional analytical skills and business acumen, enabling you to clearly convey ideas, inspire action, and foster consensus among diverse stakeholders.
- Strong Communication Skills: Display proficiency in both spoken and written English, with the ability to communicate complex ideas effectively.
- Business Acumen: Possess a strong understanding of business operations, including supply chain management, procurement, and strategic planning.
