Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Purchasing Assistant to join our team in Horsens. As a Purchasing Assistant, you will be responsible for handling daily operations, managing suppliers, and ensuring timely deliveries.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage daily purchases of furniture and lighting products, including spare parts, stocked goods, and to-order items.
  • Handle requests from Sales, including changes, cancellations, and approvals.
  • Work closely with the Procurement Manager, Category Buyers, and Sales Operations team to ensure seamless communication and execution.
  • Monitor stock levels and ensure timely deliveries.
  • Perform ad-hoc tasks as required.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in a similar purchasing and planning function.
  • Strong analytical and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent planning and organizational skills.
  • Fluent in Danish and English, both spoken and written.
  • Competent user of Microsoft Office Suite, with high proficiency in Excel.
