We are seeking a Senior Automation & Digitalization Project Lead to join our team at Andritz AG in Esbjerg, Denmark.

The successful candidate will be responsible for executing Automation & Controls Engineering Deliverables for Feed, Extrusion, and Biofuels projects according to Andritz AG standards.

• You have 4-6 years of experience in Project Management, Automation & Controls Engineering Projects
• You possess results-oriented leadership skills with a positive outlook
• You have excellent planning and time management skills, and you are self-driven with good team working skills
• You are comfortable in a dynamic and international environment
• You have full Professional Proficiency Level (written & verbal) in English

Job Description

The Senior Automation & Digitalization Project Lead will be responsible for:

• Executing Automation & Controls Engineering Deliverables for Feed, Extrusion, and Biofuels projects according to Andritz AG standards
• Ensuring that design specifications are met, projects are completed on time within budget and scope, and quality standards are followed
• Documenting the project execution process and cooperating with all departments according to the overall Andritz AG strategy
• Maintaining close collaboration with the customer throughout the entire project lifecycle
• Managing and executing assigned projects in accordance with the requirements of the contract

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Project management principles
• Project establishment (project creation and maintaining in SAP), Project Scope, Time, Cost, Communications, and Risk Management
• Knowledge of solutions within Plant engineering both in Mechanical and electrical areas
• Experience in MS Office – SAP • Microsoft Project
• Able to understand basic business finance, e.g., gross margin percentages and calculations, depreciation, capital and revenue expenditure, cash-flow, overheads, etc.
