We are seeking a highly skilled Department Assistant to join our Study Programmes team at Novo Nordisk A/S - Nn1. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Global Senior Director of StudyPro in financial controlling for both project and LoB budgets.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate closely with the Global Senior Director and the Leadership team to ensure smooth budget processes, efficient planning, and maintenance.
- Oversee all aspects of the annual management cycle, including coordinating and scheduling meetings, managing agendas, and ensuring timely completion of key tasks and deadlines.
- Provide insightful reports to aid decision-making processes and drive ongoing improvements.
- Collaborate with the administrative network across the CVP area on coordination and projects.
- At least 2-3 years of experience in complex administrative roles.
- Highly developed budget management skills and a strong business acumen.
- A digital mindset with excellent proficiency in MS Office and SAP, and an ability to quickly master new IT systems.
- Fluency in English.
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills.
