Your Role
As the Lead Project Manager, you will become an integral part of our Major Projects division within the global Energy Solutions sector. Your leadership will be crucial in managing a diverse range of significant initiatives. Your strategic insight and project management skills will be vital in ensuring the successful delivery of major projects that align with our commitment to environmental responsibility and innovation.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement project management frameworks tailored to the specific challenges of large-scale energy transition initiatives, particularly for candidates with experience in Oil & Gas, Power generation, Process industries, or Energy-Intensive sectors.
- Oversee project planning, execution, and delivery in sectors such as Power-to-X (Hydrogen), Carbon capture, Bioenergy (Power generation), Biofuels, Offshore Energy (Offshore Substations), or Energy-Intensive Industries.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish project scope, objectives, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with broader organizational goals.
- Develop and maintain detailed project documentation for major initiatives, including project plans, timelines, and budgets, adhering to industry standards and regulations.
- Monitor and report on project progress, proactively identifying and addressing risks and challenges unique to the energy transition landscape.
- Cultivate strategic relationships with clients, stakeholders, and partners to enhance project outcomes and promote sustainable practices.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, environmental regulations, and quality benchmarks for major projects.
- Provide strategic insights and recommendations to senior management on enhancing our position in the energy transition market, particularly in the specified sectors.

- A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or a related discipline.
- A proven track record (10+ years) in successfully managing large and complex projects within the Energy sector.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is highly regarded.
- A strong grasp of energy transition technologies, policies, and market dynamics.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software, with a focus on integrating sustainable practices.
- Experience navigating regulatory frameworks and building partnerships in the energy transition arena.
- Demonstrated experience in at least one of the specified markets: Power-to-X (Hydrogen), Bioenergy, Offshore Energy (Offshore Substations), or Energy-Intensive Industries.
