Main Responsibilities

  1. Develop and implement document management plans for multiple projects.
  2. Collaborate with project teams to ensure timely submission of documents.
  3. Provide training and support to users on document control processes.
  4. Monitor and maintain document records, including List of Documents register and document lifecycle.
  5. Foster effective communication and coordination among stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Degree in Library and Records & Information Management or Engineering field.
  • +5 years' experience in document control process.
  • Experience working in regulated industries (Life Science) preferred.
  • Working knowledge of Electronic Document Management Systems (EDMS).
