Presales Expert

We are seeking a skilled Presales Consultant to join our team at Caseware. As a Presales Consultant, you will play a critical role in translating customer needs into appropriate advice and/or Caseware solutions.

• Identify customer questions and requirements, and communicate these effectively to the internal organization.
• Prepare and maintain accurate documentation, and proactively identify bottlenecks for improvement.
• Provide training to colleagues on our software, and inspire sales colleagues to sell our products correctly to customers.
• Stay informed of market and professional developments, and apply this knowledge to your work.

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Several years of experience as a Sales Consultant.
• In-depth knowledge of accountancy processes and commerce.
• Familiarity with Caseware products is an asset.
• Affinity with accountancy and ICT.
• Eagerness to learn, show initiative, and seize opportunities.
• Independence, with ease of approach to colleagues.
• Excellent problem-solving skills.
• Fluency in Danish and English.
• Availability of at least 32 hours per week.
