Operational Readiness Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Operational Readiness Lead to join our O&M department in Denmark and Norway. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful implementation of operational readiness on EPC projects.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement operational readiness strategies and philosophies.
- Ensure that all O&M aspects are integrated into project design.
- Contribute to resource planning and scheduling.
- Provide solutions for optimization and standardization of maintenance strategies and activities.
- Implement O&M data into client's CMMS and asset management system.
- Conduct reliability, availability, and maintainability (RAM) assessments.
- Perform consequence classification, RBI, FMECA, and RCM analyses.
- Manage key stakeholder relationships, ensuring effective communication with clients and partners.
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Engineering.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in O&M from Energy projects.
- Thorough understanding of maintenance theory, including MTBF, RCM/FMECA, Failure Rates, p-F, etc.
- Proficient in barrier maintenance and management.
- Good knowledge of reliability, availability, and maintainability (RAM) assessments.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Scandinavian, both written and verbal.
- Personal qualities include excellent communications skills, great stakeholder management skills, service-minded, client-centric, ability to work independently and in teams, industry knowledge, and a commercial mindset.
