Job Overview

Expro is seeking an experienced Operational Team Lead to join our Tubular Running Services team in Esberg. The successful candidate will play a key role in overseeing the smooth and efficient running of all operations within their area of responsibility.

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate manpower and technical resources to meet client requirements.
  • Supervise day-to-day activities of individuals performing well site work and job planning roles.
  • Communicate job-specific details, information, and conduct pre-job and post-job meetings with service delivery and support staff.
  • Provide service delivery solutions for customers, ordering equipment specific to customer specifications/job requirements.
  • Communicate effectively with customers and service delivery staff to resolve service and delivery issues and irregularities.
  • Coordinate the engagement and use of third-party services and equipment within assigned locations.
  • Ensure completion of required documentation and accuracy of data for company procedures, processes, and specific client requirements.
  • Ensure accurate invoicing by collecting costs and required information in a timely manner.
  • Ensure operational crews are informed of and understand changes to operations procedures and job planning paperwork.
  • Report incidents and non-conformances in line with appropriate procedures and deadlines.
  • Undertake supervision of direct reports.
  • Liaise with clients, operational teams, management, and internal departments as required to ensure effective communication and continued safe operations.
