This is an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic Talent Attraction team based in Warsaw. You will work closely with hiring managers from Poland and Denmark to identify and engage with exceptional candidates who share our values and vision.

The primary responsibilities of this role include:

  1. Collaborating with hiring managers to understand their needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies.
  2. Developing and implementing effective sourcing plans to attract high-quality candidates.
  3. Building strong relationships with external vendors and candidates to ensure seamless communication throughout the selection process.
  4. Utilizing advanced sourcing tools and market intelligence to stay ahead of the competition.
  5. Providing data-driven insights to inform recruitment decisions and drive continuous improvement.

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  1. At least 2 years of experience in sourcing and recruitment, preferably in a similar industry or field.
  2. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and concisely.
  3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and outside the box.
  4. A proven track record of success in attracting and engaging top talent, with a deep understanding of the IT market and its trends.
