Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Senior Software Engineer to take on a hybrid role, combining the responsibilities of a developer with the ability to facilitate agile development using Kanban. This unique position allows you not only to lead agile processes but also to make a hands-on contribution to product development.

Your Responsibilities:

  1. Contribute to the development of new features and enhancements by writing clean, maintainable, and efficient code.
  2. Collaborate with team members to identify and solve complex technical challenges.
  3. Drive the team's workflow management, leveraging Kanban boards and setting WIP limits.
  4. Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to increase team productivity.
