About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Spanish Market Development Manager to join our team in Madrid. As a Spanish Market Development Manager, you will be responsible for supporting revenue growth by generating new sales opportunities primarily through outbound efforts in the Spanish market, focusing on our Whistleblower Software product.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, contact, and communicate with potential customers or partners to organize client meetings.
  • Design and execute prospecting strategies to reach out to set up meetings for our Account Executives.
  • Maintain accurate records of all interactions in our CRM system, HubSpot.

Requirements:

  • No requirement for many years of sales experience, but it's a plus if you have.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in sales or customer-facing roles.
  • Experience with prospecting and generating leads through outbound calls, emails, and social media outreach.
  • Proficiency in LinkedIn Sales Navigator and/or CRM tools (e.g., SalesForce and HubSpot).
