IT Outsourcing Manager

We are looking for an experienced IT Outsourcing Manager to join our Contract Management team, where we manage some of our most complex IT infrastructure outsourcing contracts. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for supporting customer contracts, reviewing and drafting contractual documents, and implementing contracts within the organization.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Supporting customer teams in contract interpretation and drafting addendums
- Ensuring that terms and conditions and contractual obligations are met
- Managing selected customer contracts as the contractual focal point
You will also be responsible for responding to complex inquiries regarding contract obligations, providing recommendations for Aeven's position in negotiations, and drafting position papers and settlement agreements. Additionally, you will identify and proactively manage contractual and commercial risks, consult with senior management on current and potential issues, and apply a balanced commercial and contractual focus to ensure efficient resolution of legal and contractual matters.
The ideal candidate will have a strong professional background in contract or delivery management, with experience in managing large IT outsourcing contracts and IT transition/transformation projects. You should have excellent insight into contractual matters, a solid understanding of IT operations and application development, and be familiar with ITIL 3.0/4.0.
