You will work closely with account teams to support customer contracts, provide recommendations for Aeven's position in negotiations, and draft position papers and settlement agreements. Additionally, you will apply a balanced commercial and contractual focus to ensure efficient resolution of legal and contractual matters.
The ideal candidate will have a strong professional background in contract or delivery management, with experience in managing large IT outsourcing contracts and IT transition/transformation projects. You should have excellent insight into contractual matters, a solid understanding of IT operations and application development, and be familiar with ITIL 3.0/4.0.
