In project logistics, a specialized subset, we navigate the intricate orchestration of material flow, order management, and shipment execution across diverse transport modes. Our Maersk Project Logistics (MPL) team seamlessly integrates traditional freight forwarding and transport capabilities with specialized skills in project planning, transport engineering, procurement, and HSSEQ compliance. We excel in designing transport solutions, managing special cargo transportation, and providing end-to-end project management services. With precision and care, we ensure successful, seamless experiences for our valued customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Formulates and executes a local customer service strategy in order to deliver on the global and local targets and priorities.
  • Involved in executing on agreed targets.
  • Establish, synchronize, and execute on the customer roadmap along with the customer and the respective Key Client Manager. All based on the customer requirement and needs.
  • Maintain a dynamic and scalable customer service organization where resources are managed effectively and efficiently.
  • Conduct periodic reviews with our customer(s) on priorities and performance to ensure internal performance is reflected in customer satisfaction.
  • Cultivate customer relationships and listens to understand.
  • Drive continuous improvement, monitors performance against established KPIs and targets and takes corrective action as required.
  • Spearhead the way in our change journey where new ways of working will be implemented in a new operational systems.
Requirements:
  • Understanding and passion for supervising and empowering people.
  • Passion for driving continuous improvement in a customer experience context.
  • Ability to work in a matrix organization and influence decision makers.
  • Proven and sustained track record of delivery, with focus on driving results through others.
  • Excellent communication skills, including both verbal and written in English.
  • Ability to travel approx. 5-10 days a year
