Strategic Influencer Marketing Specialist for AI-Powered Content Creation

The Role- We are seeking a full-time Strategic Influencer Marketing Specialist to join our Content and Community team. Your mission will be to help us scale our influencer collaborations and expand our affiliate program.
- This is an exciting role that offers the opportunity to work with AI and our cutting-edge product, which is highly attractive to influencers due to its potential for virality across social media platforms.
- Discover and onboard creators: Find and reach out to potential influencers and content creators across LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, and other platforms.
- Suggest and run campaigns: Work closely with the content and community team to produce campaigns and assets with creators that will resonate with our brand and cut through the noise on social media.
- Relationship Building: Build relationships with various influencers, keep them updated and interested in what we're doing at Synthesia, and find innovative ways to collaborate on existing and future projects.
- Community Engagement: Support outreach strategies to grow our creator community.
- Affiliate Program: Assist in managing and scaling our affiliate program by identifying and onboarding new partners.
- Track influencer activity: Monitor relationships and ensure no opportunities or contacts are forgotten.
- Excellent communication skills: Impeccable English language skills, with the ability to communicate effectively both written and verbally.
- Outgoing personality: A love for meeting new people and engaging with others easily.
- Organizational skills: The ability to manage multiple tasks and stay on top of details, ensuring everything runs smoothly.
- Pas sion for social media: Familiarity with most social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, etc.) and understanding of the influencer landscape.
- Self-starter: Proactive and able to work independently.
- Curious to learn: A willingness to continuously learn and develop skills.
We offer a competitive salary in the range of $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience, with additional benefits including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
