Role Overview

This Back of House (BOH) Manager role is pivotal in ensuring smooth operations behind the scenes. As a key member of our team, you will oversee the flow of shipments, maintain a clean and organized BOH area, and control inventory levels to drive efficiency and commercial success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Shipment Management: Oversee the receipt and processing of shipments, promptly addressing any discrepancies or damages.
  • Organization & Safety: Maintain a clean, well-organized BOH area that adheres to safety standards and ensures compliance with procedures.
  • Inventory Control: Perform regular box counts and validate against bills of lading to ensure accuracy and minimize losses.
  • Performance Standards: Drive the BOH team to meet performance targets, using data analytics to identify areas for improvement.
  • Markdowns & Promotions: Execute markdowns and promotions efficiently, minimizing stock loss and ensuring timely restocking.
  • Stock Replenishment: Support sales floor teams by ensuring timely product placement and restocking, maintaining an optimal flow of merchandise.
  • Procedure Compliance: Accurately use reason codes and follow proper transfer and RTV procedures to maintain high operational standards.
