Vi søger en Contract Sales Manager til vores tre veletablerede og velkendte brands: House Doctor, Meraki og Nicolas Vahé. Vores HQ i Ikast bliver din daglige arbejdsplads, og her har du mulighed for at præsentere vores kollektioner i vores smukke og unikke showroom, Studio Home.

Du får ansvar for vores nye Contract salgsafdeling, som skal håndtere alt projekt- og hospitality-salg. Vi har allerede et stabilt kundesegment på udvalgte markeder, men det er et forretningsområde, vi har stort fokus på, og potentialet er enormt.

Vi søger derfor en ambitiøs Contract Sales Manager med højt drive og erfaring på området. Du vil fra start selv få ansvar for et marked, og du skal selv håndtere både eksisterende kunder samt opsøge nye i det pågældende marked. Samtidig får du ansvar for afdelingen som teamleder.

Ledelse og strategi vil løbende fylde mere i jobbet, i takt med at omsætningen og afdelingen bliver større. Med andre ord så er det et job med store udviklingsmuligheder for den rette person som kan løfte opgaven.

Din profil:

  • Du er positiv og har en proaktiv tilgang til salget
  • Du har erfaring med projektsalg og/eller hospitality
  • Du er flydende på tysk, og det er en fordel, hvis du også har kendskab til det tyske marked
  • Du er ambitiøs og elsker at have målsætninger, og du er vant til at følge op på tal og resultater
  • Du ved, at struktur højner effektiviteten og foretrækker at have en plan for, hvordan du kommer i mål
  • Du er en teamplayer som gerne deler både succes og udfordringer, og det falder dig naturligt at støtte og hjælpe dine kolleger
  • Du brænder for kundekontakt, og ser fordelene i selv at have kundeansvar
  • Du kan lide at opsøge nye kunder, og er ikke bange for at tage den første kontakt
  • Du har ledelseserfaring
