Senior Production Finance Partner

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Production Finance Partner to join our team at Novo Nordisk. As a key member of our finance organization, you will play a critical role in driving financial excellence and productivity across our global production network.
Key Responsibilities- Drive all production accounting related finance processes, including budgets, month-end, and year-end activities.
- Optimize and standardize production accounting processes and financial related master data setup in SAP.
- Provide production accounting support and training to employees across our sites.
- Recommend and implement the setup for financial related master data for new sites or new situations.
- Lead, participate, and support projects across sites.
- Leverage production accounting data to generate actionable insights that drive business optimizations.
- An academic degree in finance, accounting, or other relevant academic degree.
- At least 5 years of experience in production finance, with experience in the pharmaceutical industry considered an advantage.
- Knowledge of production accounting, including inventory adjustments, production variances, purchase price variances, inventory, and standard costing.
- Experience with SAP CO and knowledge of different master data's financial impact.
- Strong analytical and strategic skills, with the ability to deliver high-quality results under pressure.
- Professional proficiency in English.
