The Job
In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our Scandinavian market. Key responsibilities include order processing, delivery planning, and supporting our finance department. You will also assist in testing new transactions and processes in SAP, and handle customer complaints in a professional and efficient manner.

Requirements
To succeed in this role, you should have excellent communication skills, good MS office knowledge, and relevant work experience as an office administrator. You should also have a good command of Danish/Swedish, excellent English language skills, and knowledge of customer service principles and practices.
