ESG Strategist

At Framna, we're seeking an ESG Manager to spearhead our sustainability strategy, ensuring compliance with environmental, social, and governance principles. As a key member of our team, you'll develop and implement our ESG strategy, collaborating with stakeholders to drive positive change.

• Develop and implement our ESG strategy, aligning with business objectives.
• Ensure compliance with GDPR, CSRD, EU AI Act, and other key legislation.
• Implement and maintain Group-wide compliance programs and internal control frameworks.
• Report ESG KPIs to external stakeholders, including investors and lenders.
• Provide compliance support and advice to the business, helping to achieve corporate goals and strategies.
• Assist in developing compliance processes and standards for new business areas.
• Deliver staff training on ESG and compliance matters.
• Foster a strong ESG and compliance culture throughout the Group.

• Passion for ESG and sustainability, with a focus on making a positive impact.
• Relevant experience in compliance and ESG, with a minimum of 5 years of work experience.
• Legislation expertise, with the ability to analyze and implement complex legislation.
