Key Responsibilities:

  • To achieve personal KPIs and contribute to overall store performance by delivering exceptional customer service, maintaining store appearance, and adhering to company policies and procedures.
  • To assist customers in finding products, answering questions, and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • To maintain knowledge of products, services, and promotions to effectively communicate with customers and meet their needs.
  • To work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets, manage stock levels, and maintain store display standards.
  • To perform other duties as required by management to ensure the smooth operation of the store.

Requirements for Success:

  • Demonstrate excellent customer service skills, including active listening, empathy, and problem-solving.
  • Show a passion for retail, sales, and customer interaction.
  • Be able to work independently and as part of a team, adapting to changing priorities and situations.
  • Maintain high levels of energy, enthusiasm, and motivation to deliver exceptional results.
  • Possess effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Show flexibility in working hours, including weekends and holidays, to meet business needs.
