About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Automation Project Lead to join our Process Automation team in Europe. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading end-to-end automation projects, ensuring they meet time, scope, and budget objectives with a keen focus on safety.

About You:

To succeed in this role, you will have a strong background in automation project management, with a proven track record of delivering successful projects. Your experience within the process industry will be critical as you initiate and oversee exciting capacity expansion projects.

You will have excellent leadership skills, with the ability to build and motivate high-performance teams. You will also have strong knowledge of ISA S88 standards and PLC structures, as well as proven skills in managing CAPEX processes and project budgets.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • 5+ years' experience in automation project management
  • Strong knowledge of ISA S88 standards and PLC structures
  • Proven skills in managing CAPEX processes and project budgets
  • Excellent leadership skills, with the ability to build and motivate high-performance teams

What We Offer:
