Key Responsibilities- Develop and Implement Global Supply Chain Management Strategies: Support the development and implementation of global supply chain management strategies for areas such as direct, raw and indirect materials, strategic sourcing, risk management, supply base management, supplier quality, sustainability, and integrity.
- Contribute to Process Development and Compliance: Contribute to the development, implementation, and compliance of various SCM and purchasing-related processes, procedures, guidelines, KPIs, and training materials. Harmonize processes and procedures across local units, ensuring compliance with related policies and procedures.
- Lead Cross-Functional Initiatives: Lead or contribute to cross-functional initiatives for optimizing customer on-time delivery, lead-time, inventory, resource utilization, and forecast accuracy.
- Analyze Supply-Related Opportunities and Issues: Analyze supply-related opportunities or issues to identify best solutions, common solutions across/local units, and implement improvements to ensure effectiveness and efficiency.
- Minimum 10 Years of Experience: Minimum 10 years of experience in Supply Chain Management or Procurement.
- Motor Industry Knowledge: Solid understanding of and experience with Motors (ideally Traction motors) is preferred.
- Supply Chain Expertise: Experience with Supplier Relationship Management, Strategic Sourcing, Supply Chain Optimization, and Supplier Quality Management.
- Strategy and Sustainability: Understanding of Strategy & Strategy Implementation, Supply Chain Sustainability, and Procure-to-Pay process.
- Collaboration and Communication: Proactive and hands-on work-style, excellent collaboration skills in an international network setting, good communication and influencing skills.
- Technical Skills: SAP Ariba skills are nice to have.
- Language Skills: Fluent English language skills.
