Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Production Manager to oversee our manufacturing processes and ensure timely production.

  • Our ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the entire production process, from start to finish, ensuring everything runs smoothly and efficiently.
  • He/She will also ensure that all products meet required quality standards and promptly address any issues that may arise.
  • Responsibilities include managing resources such as raw materials, equipment, and labor, with a focus on efficient use.
  • The successful candidate will develop and implement strategies to improve production processes, reduce costs, and increase efficiency.
  • In addition, he/she will maintain safety standards and train staff in safety procedures.
  • A key aspect of this role is collecting, interpreting, and communicating data to identify patterns and trends, constantly improving quality, efficiency, and costs.
  • This includes creating high-standard SOPs and other documentation for quality and process control.
  • Experience in defining test protocols is highly valued.
Requirements
  • Higher education in industrial engineering, manufacturing management, or a related field is preferred.
  • At least 3 years of experience in production management, preferably in a manufacturing environment, is required.
  • Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and best practices is essential.
  • Excellent organization and leadership skills are necessary to succeed in this role.
  • Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles is a plus.
  • The ability to analyze data and make responsible decisions is crucial.
  • Candidates should be curious about understanding how products and technologies work and finding solutions to various production-focused problems.
