Envases er Danmarks største metaltrykkeri med den nyeste teknologi, blandt andet en 140 meter lang trykmaskine. Envases producerer metalemballager primært til fødevareindustrien, herunder emballage til kødprodukter, modermælkserstatning, fisk og småkager, som eksporteres til hele verden. Lokationen i Odense leverer trykte plader til alle Envases’ fabrikker i Danmark og Sverige, og derfor er trykkeriet i Danmark hjertet i virksomheden.

Envases har mange medarbejdere med lang anciennitet, og de sætter en ære i at sikre, at medarbejderne er fagligt dygtige og med udgangspunkt i et godt arbejdsmiljø sikrer, at vi lever op til vores kunders forventninger til produktionen af højkvalitetsemballage.

I stillingen som Production Manager kommer du til at arbejde i spændingsfeltet mellem medarbejdere og produktion. Du vil referere til Envases’ Senior Printing Manager og have personaleansvar for 4 supervisors og ca. 140 timelønnede medarbejdere.

Det forventes, at du formår at forene en travl hverdag med øje for kvalitet og overholdelse af leveringstider. Samtidig er du en motiverende og nærværende leder, som evner at motivere dine medarbejdere til at yde deres optimale hver dag.

Herudover er dine primære arbejdsopgaver og -områder:

  • at tilsikre korrekt bemanding og overordnet drifts- og ledelsessmæssigt ansvar i trykkeriet
  • projektledelse inden for udvikling og optimering
  • overholdelse af kvalitetsnormer, produktionsplaner og produktionsmål
  • løbende sparring med og udvikling af ledere og medarbejdere
  • administration og målopfølgning

Hvem er du?
Vi søger en kvalitetsbevidst leder med sans for detaljen, som også er målrettet og en motiverende personaleleder med nedenstående kvalifikationer:

  • Gerne en uddannelse som ingeniør, maskinmester eller tilsvarende, men det vigtigste er, at du besidder en veludviklet teknisk og maskinel forståelse.
  • Solid ledelseserfaring fra en ordreproducerende produktionsvirksomhed.
  • Du brænder for maskiner og teknik, og har et mindset der sikrer fokus på optimale produktionsprocesser og opretholdelse af konstant drift.
  • Positiv tilgang til andre mennesker og evner at motivere folk.
  • Du er en synlig, passioneret og motiverende personaleleder.
  • Du har gode kommunikative evner og har en sund indstilling til medarbejdertrivsel, så du sikrer det gode samarbejde på tværs af hele organisationen.
  • Kommunikation på engelsk i skrift og tale på højt niveau.
