We are seeking an experienced Business Operations Coordinator to provide high-level administrative support to our Corporate Vice President.
In this role, you will be responsible for independently coordinating tasks, activities, and events in our area, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and budget processes.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Acting as a confidential partner to the Corporate Vice President and management team
- Providing exceptional support with the execution of management tasks in the area
- Calendar management including meeting booking, travel arrangements, and budget processing
- Coordinating meetings, preparing presentations, agendas, and following up on agreed action points
- Supporting with communication tasks such as drafting emails, writing newsletters, and announcements
