About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Compliance Assistant to join our experienced compliance team at GN Hearing A/S. As a Compliance Assistant, you will play a crucial role in assisting our Director of Group Business Ethics & Compliance in preparing responses to internal and external information requests relevant to the overall compliance function.
About the Team
You will be part of a dynamic team located at our global HQ in Ballerup, Denmark, working closely with our Director, Group Business Ethics Compliance. Our team is passionate about ensuring our organization's adherence to regulatory requirements and internal policies.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in tracking and following up on compliance audit findings to ensure corrective actions are implemented within agreed deadlines.
- Assist in maintaining and updating existing compliance policies, ensuring they are current, relevant, and effectively communicated across the organization.
- Support the planning and execution of the Compliance Champions Network, including enhancing the agenda, defining scope and responsibilities, and delivering outcomes from meetings.
- Contribute to the planning and global implementation of the third-party due diligence process, including ongoing monitoring and continuous process improvement.
- Assist with various other compliance-related projects as needed, including whistleblower investigations, compliance risk assessments, managing policy documentation, and responding to external questionnaires.
Requirements
- You hold a master's degree in business administration, Business Law, Finance, Communication, or a similarly relevant field. Specialized degrees or certifications in Ethics, Corporate Governance, or Risk Management are a benefit.
- You graduated recently and/or bring a few years of relevant experience to the role.
- You are structured with good analytical abilities and meticulous attention to details.
- You possess good communication skills in both written and spoken English.
- Fluency in Danish (written and spoken) is an additional advantage.
- You uphold high ethical standards and demonstrate high levels of integrity in your work.
- You excel in planning and organizing projects with a keen ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Your positive nature is consistent, and you perform well in a setting that is quick to change.
- You are open to occasionally traveling as part of your role.
- You are a person who works well with others and is service-minded.
