About This Opportunity
At Nordea Bank, we're seeking an experienced Internal Audit Manager to join our IT Infrastructure & Security team.
This role offers a unique opportunity to work with diverse cutting-edge technologies and systems, assessing and evaluating various controls across different platforms. As an Internal Audit Manager, you'll play a key role in ensuring the success of audits and other initiatives, contributing to the delivery of GIA's project portfolio.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Plan and execute audit projects, following up on previous audit findings according to GIA's methodology as a project lead or team member.
- Engage in diverse tasks related to IT infrastructure and platforms.
- Support ad-hoc tasks related to technology risk audit plans and share knowledge within your area of responsibility in GIA.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of developments in technology and related areas.
- Collaborate with GIA colleagues across teams and countries in a global network.
Your Experience, Background, and Skills:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in IT audit, IT operation, or IT security, with extensive knowledge of interactions between components of IT infrastructure and systems, as well as daily IT operations.
- Excellent collaborative skills, with strong written and verbal communication, able to communicate effectively with senior professionals.
- A university degree and relevant certification such as CIA, CISA, CISM, CISSP, or similar. If not yet possessed, you are willing to attain them.
- Fluent in written and spoken English.
- Data analytic skills (e.g., Python, SQL) would be a significant advantage.
- Experience in IT audit is beneficial but not required.
What We Offer

The estimated salary for this position is approximately $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on location and qualifications.
