Information Security Strategic Lead

About the Role
We are seeking an innovative Information Security Manager to lead our information security function and drive all internal and external security tasks. As a key member of our Business Operations team, you will be responsible for evaluating, implementing, and maintaining information security measures that protect our critical assets and data.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement comprehensive information security strategies and protocols, monitor and ensure compliance with security policies, standards, and regulations, and lead incident response initiatives and manage security breaches effectively. Conduct regular security audits and risk assessments, collaborate with all Reshape teams to ensure robust security measures across all systems, and educate and train employees on information security best practices.
Requirements
We are looking for someone with extensive knowledge of information security principles and practices, experience with security frameworks such as ISO 27001, NIST, SOC2, and GDPR, and effective communication skills for navigating topics of both high and low complexity. Proven experience in incident response and security breach management is also essential.
