The RoleAs an IT Automation Leader for the Fill & Finish Expansion program, you'll play a critical role in shaping our future production facilities. You'll collaborate closely with colleagues from processes, engineering, and technology partners to establish strong foundational IT and automation systems.
Your primary focus will be on defining and implementing best practices, standards, and project management disciplines for the IT and Automation team. This includes planning, risk management, cost estimation, stakeholder engagement, and quality assurance.
You'll work within a multi-dimensional matrix structure designed to foster cross-organizational collaboration and drive digital evolution in our facilities. Our goal is to create future-proof, globally integrated fill & finish production capabilities.
About the DepartmentDD&IT PS – Fill & Finish Expansions is a dynamic and ambitious program organization that combines the strengths of multiple departments to achieve our goals. As a member of this team, you'll be part of a close-knit group working towards a common vision: designing and building innovative, high-tech production facilities.

Qualifications and RequirementsTo succeed in this role, you'll need:
- 5-10 years of experience as a project manager in relevant fields, preferably in large-scale IT or construction projects
- Natural leadership qualities, including excellent communication skills at all levels of the organization
- Self-motivation, high engagement, ability to create results, and an open-minded attitude
- Excellent cross-cultural collaboration and stakeholder engagement skills
- A good sense of humor and the ability to foster a positive work environment
