As a Senior Manager for Cross-OT, IT & Automation, you will lead a team of IT & Automation specialists and project managers, driving the execution of Cross-OT systems across global sites.
Key Responsibilities- Lead a team of IT & Automation specialists and project managers to deliver high-quality automation solutions.
- Drive the execution of Cross-OT systems across global sites, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Build and manage a team comprising both internal and external employees, fostering a collaborative and dynamic work environment.
- Analyze, design, develop, implement, and maintain automation hardware, software, and processes, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.
- Work closely with stakeholders across various departments, including aseptic production, finished production, Warehouse & Intralogistics, and Quality Control, to identify and address automation needs.
- Making data-driven decisions and compromises with transparency on benefits, risks, and consequences.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Automation/Electrical Engineering, Electronic and computer, Information- and communication technology or similar.
- Significant experience in automation technologies, with a proven track record of delivering complex projects.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
- Serves as a role model by embodying Novo Nordisk values, with a strong focus on innovation, efficiency, and collaboration.
- Previous Electrical and mechanical engineering skills and project management skills are highly desirable.
Fil & Finish Expansions is a new department located in Lyngby, Denmark, focused on designing and building future-proof Fill & Finish production facilities. Our ambition is to establish strong foundational IT and automation that will enable the facilities to digitally evolve. In this department, we work closely with colleagues responsible for processes and engineering and various technology partners internally and externally, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
