About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Solution Consultant to join our team in Solna, Sweden. As a Solution Consultant, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality solutions to our customers in the card-based payment processing space.

Key Responsibilities

  • Actively participate in projects and stay in touch with the customer during the delivery.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for our customers throughout the delivery process, ensuring effective communication and understanding of their needs and project scope.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of our delivery process by providing insights, feedback, and recommendations for enhancing efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Foster collaboration and synergy between different organizational units, leveraging collective expertise and resources to deliver high-quality solutions that meet customer expectations.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies related to card-based payment processing and apply this knowledge to enhance the quality and innovation of our solutions.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in banking and financial services, preferably within Card Issuing or other Card/Payment areas.
  • Solution consulting/architecture background with understanding and hands-on experience with related processes.
  • A Bachelor or Master's degree, preferably in Finance, Computer Science, Mathematics, Econometrics or Economics.
  • High degree of self-motivation with a commitment to deliver high-quality results.
  • Worked on converting customers business needs into service deliveries.
  • A drive to build a strong team in Sweden. You are a team player who likes to collaborate with your colleagues and always looks for ways to improve yourself and the team.
  • A fluent communicator in Swedish and English language with an open mindset, people-oriented attitude with a natural curiosity and an entrepreneurial attitude who likes to collaborate.
