International Trainee

We are seeking a highly motivated and talented individual to join our team as a Trainee in the People & Culture department. As a Trainee, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, working on a variety of projects and tasks that will help you develop your skills and knowledge.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide advisory and support services to international managers on matters related to employee onboarding, internal transfers, and termination procedures.
• Offer guidance and assistance to employees and managers on general HR issues that fall outside the scope of HR Direct.
• Collaborate closely with local HR teams to inform managers and, when necessary, employees about local HR matters, including terms and conditions and relevant collective labor agreements.
• Assist in optimizing local HR processes and policies, ensuring that stakeholders and employees are updated as needed.
• Partner with HR colleagues, including Centers of Expertise, HR Service, and Payroll, to deliver tailored HR solutions to the business.
• Work with and supply data analytics, BI dashboards, and the implementation and use of AI tools.
• Report to and support the Country Partner Manager based in Denmark, as well as HRBPs and Country Partners internationally.

To be considered for this role, you should have:

• A degree in HR, Business Psychology, or a related field.
• A basic understanding of local labor laws and HR practices.
• Familiarity with HR systems such as SAP.
• A basic understanding of project management principles.
• The ability to assist with HR reporting and data analysis using BI dashboards or AI tools.
• Fluency in English; Danish is a plus.
