Are you passionate about ensuring the quality and safety of products? Do you have a strong quality mindset and great interpersonal skills? We are seeking a Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team in Product Supply Aseptic Manufacturing (PS AM) QA.
The Position
Your key responsibility will be to ensure that our documentation is in compliance with internal and external requirements. You will review documents from production sites and supporting processes, such as temperature monitoring. Additionally, you will:
- Play a central role in making decisions and setting directions for Quality, requiring good collaboration skills and a solution-oriented approach.
- Have numerous daily encounters with national and international colleagues, with a high level of complexity and independent decision making.
- Work closely with colleagues in an open-plan office, with ongoing sparring and a dynamic, energetic environment.

Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- A Master's degree in Pharmacy or corresponding education.
- Ideal knowledge of GMP, previous experience in QA, batch release, or aseptic production would be advantageous.
- Passion for quality, problem-solving, and LEAN methodologies, with a keen interest in acquiring professional competencies and learnings.
- Fluency in both Danish and English.

About the Department
AM QA Site BA is a department consisting of approximately 60 dedicated and engaged employees situated in Bagsværd. The department is divided into 4 teams, and the open position is in the QA team responsible for releasing products imported into EU. Our department ensures a high level of quality in close cooperation with our stakeholders.
