At Norlys Energy Trading, we are seeking a Marketing Specialist to spearhead the development of our marketing department. This exciting opportunity will allow you to shape the company's marketing strategy and help drive growth through innovative campaigns.

Main Responsibilities
  1. Lead weekly editorial and content meetings to align with company objectives.
  2. Oversee ongoing tasks, including event planning, content creation, and social media management.
  3. Monitor internal networks for relevant event information.
  4. Develop compelling content that enhances the company's presence across various channels.
  5. Distribute content across internal (intranet and Teams) and external (social media and web) platforms.
  6. Measure and analyze marketing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  7. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve marketing goals.
  8. Act as a creative partner in developing the company's social media presence.

Requirements
  1. Possess relevant education in communication, journalism, marketing, or a related field.
  2. Hold a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar marketing role.
  3. Exhibit a positive and optimistic attitude.
  4. Be passionate about the green transition.
  5. Have experience in event and content management, preferably in B2B marketing.
  6. Be skilled in producing engaging and persuasive content.
  7. Experience in the energy sector is a significant advantage.
