Key Responsibilities

  1. Project Portfolio Management: Oversee and manage the QA project portfolio, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
  2. Process and System Improvement Facilitation: Support and enhance quality assurance processes by facilitating workshops focused on process improvements, working with systems towards continuous improvement in areas like data management and availability.
  3. Leadership Support: Support the QA leadership team, providing key support to ensure effective decision-making and implementation of QA strategies.
  4. LEAN and Six Sigma Initiatives: Apply LEAN principles to drive continuous improvement across QA processes.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • A strong background in Quality Assurance within the pharmaceutical industry is preferred. Familiarity with GMP standards is essential.
  • Certified Six Sigma Black Belt is a strong advantage, demonstrating your ability to lead complex process improvements.
  • Proven experience in facilitating workshops and leading process improvement initiatives.
  • Proficiency in both Danish and English is required.
  • A proactive, self-starting individual with the ability to work independently and build a role from the ground up.
