Key Responsibilities- Ensure the integrity, accuracy, and completeness of our ESG reporting.
- Identify and execute opportunities for improving our ways of working.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement the CSRD reporting requirements and EU taxonomy.
- Prepare and update reporting instructions according to ESRS/IFRS and sustainability regulations.
- Drive and ensure the execution of ad hoc initiatives and participate in projects.
- Challenging existing processes to improve, automate, and reduce non-value-adding activities.
- Facilitate the audit process and assurance of ESG reporting.
- Bridge the gap between sustainability and finance.
- A relevant financial degree, such as a Master's degree or Graduate Diploma (HD) in Accounting or an equivalent qualification.
- At least 3-5 years of experience in financial or non-financial reporting, controlling, and/or auditing of large/medium-sized companies.
- Strong functional knowledge of consolidation and reporting is a must, along with a control mindset.
- Knowledge and experience with CSRD and EU Taxonomy are advantages but not requirements.
- Fluency in English is a prerequisite.
