We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Client Consultant to join our team at Blonde Inc. in Copenhagen or Aarhus office.
Job DescriptionThe successful candidate will have extensive experience as a Project or Programme Manager on complex projects/Programmes, with a proven track record of developing client relationships, winning business, and designing and facilitating highly value-adding programmes within project and change management.
You will be responsible for growing our market share within project management development by attracting new international clients while managing and developing a portfolio of existing global clients.
The role includes a combination of account management, new business development, facilitation of advanced development programmes, instructional design, and consultancy.
Key Responsibilities- Managing client accounts as a true value-adding business partner
- Preparation of and writing proposals as well as presentations for both existing clients and prospects
- Designing and delivering bespoke project management development solutions and consulting assignments with leading, global organisations
- Speaking and networking at conferences
- Delivering and facilitating programmes/workshops, virtual sessions or face-to-face interventions
- A sound business acumen preferably within one of our key sectors such as Energy, Life Science/Pharma or Engineering
- Relationship building and client management skills
- Design of innovative and business learning programmes within project management
- The capability of being consultative and understanding a client's business and potential challenges
- Experience in managing bid and presentation teams
- At least 10 years of experience as a Project or Programme Manager on complex projects/Programmes
- Track record of selling complex consultancy solutions in the human capital space
- Fluent in English – working knowledge of other European languages would be an advantage
- An internationally recognized, current Project Management certification. Such as PMI-PMP, IPMA C or Prince2 Foundation would be relevant
- A relevant master's degree – such as a business or engineering
