We're looking for a talented individual to lead and develop our application team, delivering results across various projects ranging from product strategy to operations. As a Technology Strategy Executive, you'll work closely with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and growth.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive innovation and growth, working closely with the customer experience, product, and marketing teams.

  • Collaborate with academia and other companies to build publications and drive new method development, establishing trust through solid scientific documentation.

    • Develop white papers and validation frameworks for effective customer communications about implementing our solutions and validating their methodology.

  • Work closely with commercial teams to develop messaging for our products and support overall go-to-market strategies.

  • Collaborate across product, engineering, and commercial teams to realize our common vision around speeding up science and bring these teams in as internal customers to help us build better products.

Key Qualifications:
  • MSc or PhD in Biotechnology, Food Technology, Microbiology, or similar subject areas.

  • 5+ years of experience in leadership/management in industrial R&D projects with an impactful track record.

  • Knowledge and interest in digitalization, machine learning, data management, and modeling in relation to biological R&D.

  • Creative thinker able to make links across diverse technical areas to shape programs and bring project leadership to deliver impact.

  • Systematic and structured, able to juggle multiple projects efficiently and prioritize to meet goals.

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and writing skills.

  • Bold and ambitious mindset. Previous experience or strong interest in fast-growing startups is a plus.
