We are seeking a seasoned Cloud Transformation Lead to guide our customers through their cloud journey and lead project teams in achieving business goals. Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Bridge our cloud architects and specialists with customer decision makers and business units to initiate assessments, ideation workshops, and strategic sessions.
  • Delve into solid plans and qualify epics and features to ensure a clear road ahead, prioritizing with the customer and engaging the cloud organization.
  • Cultivate relationships with customers at all levels, managing stakeholders and internal relations while interacting with cloud providers.
  • Take ownership of writing proposals and estimating effort for transformation journeys.

You will apply Aeven's Cloud Transformation Model to lead the adoption of cloud services and solutions through various phases and tracks, leveraging your strategic leadership skills. Effective communication across relevant levels is crucial, ensuring involvement and transparency throughout the process.

About You:

  • A blend of consulting experience, eagerness to engage with customers on their change journey, and the ability to lead high-performing teams during adoption and transformation.
  • Solid experience in leading projects using agile or classic project management approaches.
  • Proven stakeholder management skills, with a desire to advise and lead customers through assessing, designing, building, and validating new cloud services and solutions.
  • The necessary empathy and understanding to motivate and lead your team effectively.
  • An independent and self-driven individual who secures project results through personal leadership.
