Arbejdernes Landsbank søger en teknisk lead med solid erfaring indenfor Salesforce Marketing Cloud. Ansvarsområder
  • Udarbejde løsningsdesign og arkitektur af komplekse marketing cloud-løsninger, herunder opsætning af datamodeller, datatransformation og orkestrering af marketingdata
  • Udvikle, implementere og vedligeholde marketingaktiviteter i SFMC, med særlig fokus på at udnytte best practice i Email Studio, Journey Builder, Automation Studio og Mobile Studio
  • Konfigurere og optimere automatiserede marketing flows i SFMC ved brug af Journey Builder og Automation Studio, i samarbejde med CRM-manager og marketing automation specialist
  • Monitorere og optimere dataflows til automatiserede kampagner for at sikre præcision og ydeevne, i samarbejde med IT og dataplatformsansvarlige
  • Implementere og drifte integrationer mellem SFMC og andre systemer/platforme (f.eks. CRM-systemer, data warehouse eller andre 3. parts systemer) ved hjælp af API'er og andre integrationsteknologier
  • Bidrage til analyse af kampagne og performancedata, baseret på data i SFMC for at bidrage løbende optimering og justering
  • Udarbejde teknisk dokumentation for konfigurerede løsninger, herunder arkitekturdiagrammer, integrationsbeskrivelser og brugervejledninger for at sikre høj driftsstabilitet og skalerbarhed
  • Sikre en klar og gennemskuelig struktur i SFMC, herunder udvikling og implementering af navngivningskonventioner og processer, der gør det muligt for bankens marketingteam selvstændigt at justere journeys, content og målgrupper på en overskuelig og effektiv måde
Mindestkrav
  • Erfaring med SFMC, herunder kendskab til Email Studio, Journey Builder, Automation Studio og Mobile Studio
  • Erfaring med programmering og scripting i AMPscript, HTML, CSS og SQL, samt forståelse for scripting til personalisering og dynamiske indhold
  • Erfaring med SFTP-baserede og API-baserede integrationer (REST/SOAP) for at muliggøre udveksling af data mellem SFMC og andre systemer
  • Solides færdigheder indenfor datahåndtering, datamodellering og dataintegrationer, samt erfaring med SFMC's dataarkitektur, herunder Contact Builder og Data Extensions
  • Erfaring med udarbejdelse af teknisk af processer, dataflows og systemarkitektur
  • Erfaring med Experience Cloud, Sales Cloud og/eller Service Cloud er en fordel
  • Gode sprogfærdigheder på dansk og engelsk, både skriftligt og mundtligt
