We are seeking a highly skilled Legal Specialist to join our Clinical R&D Legal team for a one-year maternity cover position. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in supporting our clinical organization with contract negotiations and providing legal advice and guidance on various topics.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Draft, negotiate, interpret, and amend various contracts related to our global clinical studies, including clinical trial agreements, confidentiality agreements, and master services agreements.
- Work closely with Clinical Operations and other related departments to ensure seamless collaboration and effective communication.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders to drive business growth and success.
- Stay up-to-date with regulatory requirements and industry developments to ensure compliance and best practices.

Requirements
- A law degree in at least one EU jurisdiction.
- Experience from a private company or law firm in drafting, negotiating, interpreting, and amending international contracts, preferably within the clinical area.
- Experience with GDPR is beneficial but not a requirement.
- Experience in driving and improving processes, including advanced stakeholder management and communication skills.
- A global mindset and fluency in English.
