Overview
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining comprehensive Digital & Technology business continuity and crisis management plans to ensure the resilience of our digital systems and operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop a business continuity strategy that ensures key business processes can continue or recover quickly in the event of a crisis.
- Coordinate risk assessments and business impact analysis to identify potential threats and vulnerabilities to key systems and data.
- Establish and lead a cross-functions crisis management team within Digital and Technology.
- Support the development of crisis response and disaster recovery plans to minimize the impact of disruption on digital operations.
- Oversee the development and maintenance of local plans aligned with the central Incident response process.
- Conduct training sessions and drills to ensure employees are prepared to respond effectively to crises and disruptions.
- Develop and update Digital & Technology business continuity and crisis management policies and procedures in alignment with industry good practices and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with Digital & Technology leaders, Global Compliance Business Continuity, and external partners to ensure alignment of business continuity and crisis management efforts with organizational goals.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Business, or a related field; Master's degree or relevant certifications (e.g., CBCP, CISM, CRISC, ISO) is a plus.
- Proven experience in developing and implementing IT business continuity, disaster recovery, and crisis management plans.
- Strong understanding of Digital & IT infrastructure, risk management, and security best practices.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to remain calm and make effective decisions during high-pressure situations.
- Familiarity with relevant laws, regulations, and standards related to business continuity and crisis management.
Benefits

Salary Range: €70,000 - €90,000 per year, depending on experience.
