Head of Sales Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Head of Sales to join our team in Europe. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth in our +30 international markets.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Lead and develop an international team of merchandisers to achieve sales targets.
• Collaborate with our CEO to plan and execute a sales strategy, ensuring measurable results.
• Identify and acquire new customers, while maintaining excellent relationships with existing ones.
• Develop sales potential for each customer, including product training and education.
• Ensure our products are presented attractively in customer shops and online.
• Plan and implement sales promotion activities, including trade fair participation.
• Monitor and guide salespeople to ensure effective activity planning and follow-up.

Requirements and Qualifications

• Proven experience in sales to major European retail chains.
• Excellent partnership-building skills with a win-win focus.
• Experience in managing a small team, preferably with sales reps and/or merchandisers.
• Fluent English language skills; other languages an advantage (e.g., German, French, Spanish, Polish).
