Head of Sales

Guardian Protection Products A/S is a leading manufacturer of high-quality furniture care products, with a strong presence in over 30 international markets. We are seeking an experienced Head of Sales to join our management team and drive sales growth in Europe.

As Head of Sales, you will be responsible for developing and executing a sales strategy that expands our customer base and increases sales revenue. You will lead a team of sales representatives and merchandisers, and work closely with our CEO to achieve business objectives.

Key responsibilities include:

• Building and leading an international sales team
• Developing and executing a sales strategy for European markets
• Acquiring and developing new customers and sales channels
• Ensuring excellent customer service and sales growth
• Developing sales potential for each customer, including product training and education
• Presenting Guardian's products attractively in customer shops and online
• Planning and implementing sales promotion activities and trade fairs

Qualifications and skills:

• Experience in sales to major European retail chains
• Ability to create close and long-lasting partnerships with a win-win focus
• Preferably experience in managing a small team of sales representatives and/or merchandisers
• Fluent English language skills, with other languages an advantage (e.g. German, French, Spanish, and Polish)
