About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Chief Business Consultant to join our Business Performance Management team at Danske Bank Group. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the effective management of financial processes and the delivery of strategic financial planning.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and present high-quality financial performance reporting packages to senior leaders, highlighting strategic project impacts on operational units' finances.
  • Coordinate project impact assessment processes and prepare overviews relevant for cost forecasting, budgeting, and target setting.
  • Align financial processes with project impact assessment processes to ensure trusted data for strategic financial planning.
  • Validate business case cost calculations and monitor benefit realization.
  • Provide support on ad-hoc requests related to performance management.
About You
  • You have experience in financial areas, with a focus on expense management.
  • You possess project management/coordination skills and are able to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
  • You are people-focused, with effective planning, communication, and organizational skills.
  • You are service-minded and able to manage multiple priorities and shifting demands.
  • You have advanced verbal and written communication skills in English.
