The University of Copenhagen's Department of Biology is seeking a highly skilled postdoctoral researcher to contribute to a cutting-edge research project in spatial analysis of the tumor microenvironment.

This project aims to establish a new way of understanding tumor biology by integrating physicochemical traits and transcriptomic landscapes. Key responsibilities include developing and performing spatial metabolomics, spatial transcriptomics, and single cell sequencing experiments.

We require a candidate with a strong background in molecular biology and single cell- and/or spatial transcriptomics. Experience with CRISPR screens and good communication and teamwork skills are advantageous.
