About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Coordinator to join our team at GTT Communications, Inc. This is an exciting opportunity for an individual to take on a key role in delivering customer solutions.

The successful candidate will own and manage the delivery of small to large and complex customer projects through effective coordination of internal teams and external partners. They will support and engage closely with customers' project teams, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality solutions that meet required quality levels, budgets, and timescales.

This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities. The ideal candidate will be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities

  • Project Management: Coordinate and manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
  • Customer Engagement: Work closely with customers' project teams, providing regular updates and ensuring their needs are met.
  • Team Collaboration: Interact with various internal departments, including Service Delivery Coordinator, Order Assurance, Design and Software Engineering, Sales, Sales Engineering, Supply Chain Management, and Product Managers.
  • Risk Management: Identify and mitigate risks throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Reporting: Provide regular project status reports and ensure accurate cost tracking and budgeting.
  • Quality Control: Adhere to GTT's Change Control Procedure and maintain high standards of quality.
