Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional assistance to Deltek's Maconomy Enterprise and Cloud-based clientele.
- Utilize a solution-oriented approach to effectively diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve issues.
- Achieve operational and customer satisfaction targets both independently and collaboratively.
- Foster ongoing enhancements and broaden skills and expertise.
- Manage customer expectations and experiences while contributing to our Knowledge Base.
- Work closely with your Line Manager and proactively oversee job responsibilities.
- Engage in project-level initiatives within our team to provide value to our personnel, clients, and the organization.
Required Qualifications:
Essential Skills and Experience:
- Demonstrated experience in a customer-facing, problem-solving capacity within a technology firm.
- Familiarity with the Maconomy ERP system, a background in accounting, and knowledge of Software and/or Database systems (SQL or Oracle) or Superuser experience from another ERP system is advantageous.
- A strong commitment to delivering outstanding customer service and exhibiting customer-focused behaviors.
- A proven track record of success in a team-oriented environment and possessing strong problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to take ownership and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- General knowledge of Microsoft server operating systems and proficiency in MS Office applications.
- Capability to multitask in a dynamic environment, working independently and being self-driven.
